In 2021, Eerik Wissenz was dismissed from his former post as CEO. He removed himself from the board in a subsequent shareholders meeting.
After his dismissal, as far as we know, Eerik Wissenz contacted and spread falsehoods to our team members, shareholders, board members, as well as our clients, partners, our bank and several public institutions, the police, as well as prosecutors, judges, politicians, and our auditors and their auditing companies. Defamation is not legal, and the company insisted on Eerik Wissenz stopping his harmful activities.
We do not understand why Eerik chose to start such a campaign. If it is so, we are sorry that Eerik Wissenz felt treated in a way that he does not feel was fair during that process, but we believe that as friends and colleagues we have done our very best.
Eerik Wissenz was informed that he has legal avenues at his disposal and we welcome any attempts for him to settle his matter in the appropriate courts. However, since August 4th, 2023, Eerik Wissenz has publicly released falsehoods on YouTube and LinkedIn, leaving me no choice but to publicly announce that there is no factual basis for his claims whatsoever.
This situation is saddening us all. Eerik Wissenz played an important role in the early development of our company and his contribution will always be remembered in our story.
