Beer
By becoming an Innovator with a License, this young French impact entrepreneur was able to adapt Lytefire to his needs. Now he runs the world first micro-brewery running with Lytefire as part of his energy mix.
With the model he uses, 150 liters of beer wort extracted from the mashing process are brought to a boil above 100°C. In addition, this first local brewery also uses thermal panels (and not photovoltaic) to ensure maximum direct solar power throughout its production. Why don’t you do the same? What’s your innovation?
