Lytefire is a brand of Solar Fire Concentration Ltd, a Finnish impact company founded in 2012.
This privacy policy explains how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website(s).

Statistical Analysis
We use Matomo to analyze the behavior of the website visitors to improve the user experience, identify potential pitfalls, and understand the popularity of our pages: E.g. to identify not found pages, search engine indexing issues, which contents are the most appreciated. Once the data is processed (e.g. number of visitors reaching a not found page, viewing only one page), Matomo is generating reports for website owners to take action.

The processing of this personal data is based on legitimate interests. Processing your personal data is helping us identify what is working and what is not on our website. For example, it helps us identify if the way we are communicating is engaging or not and how we can organize the structure of the website better.
Without the data, we would not be able to provide you the service we are currently offering to you. Your data will be used only to improve the user experience on our website.

The personal data received are kept within our company.
The personal data received through the forms are processed by our company.

This way, for your benefit, we limit the amount of information we collect from you as a company.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data at a server in Germany, that is managed by the company, located at Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.
Our Company will keep your private newsletter subscription data until you cancel your subscription. After you cancel your subscription, your data will be deleted within 1 month, by overwriting it with random data.
Our company will keep information about inquiries for 5 years, in order to follow-up on previous conversations you may have had with us. Inquiry data collected through our website will be deleted after 5 years of inactivity (absence of follow-up or other customer engagement).
As a customer of our company, our company will keep record of your engagement as client for 7 years (contact details, name of product owned), or longer if the user remains our customer. Your personal information will be deleted after that.
User accounts: If you have created a user account on one of our websites, the user account and data associated with it may be kept for 7 years, or until you cancel your engagement with the Company. Your personal information will be deleted after that.

In the future, o ur Company might like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as updates to our products, and new available products in your region.
