What would a sustainable food system look like? It would be local, organic, cooperative. But perhaps it would be so local and so cooperative that we wouldn’t even perceive it as a system? It’s just people. Working together. Sourcing locally. Using renewable energy.

The best part is, some courageous farmers, cooperatives and entrepreneurs are already doing it today. Too busy to even self promote them. Do you know any?
