The discussion started a long time ago and thanks to the very motivated team of World Vision Nordics, this great project has finally been possible. But of course, even if very motivated, nothing would have happened without the beneficiaries motivation !
So about a year ago, we received a long letter of interest from Chepsirei Technological and Vocational School. The Principal, Mr Akol, and two teachers, Mr Sirengo and Mr Kiprotich, have been preparing the training carefully with us to welcome the two trainers on site for a month.
It is now a cohort of young students who are able to build the simple version of Lytefire solar oven. After this training, the school will integrate our material to be integrated to their curriculum. This is another "Lytefire Solar Oven Tech" course that is becoming available to the youth and nothing could make us more happy !
